For teams

Grove

Everything in Crown, for a group of people who share the work: one workspace, one bill, and roles that decide who can change what. It sits on its own page because the other three plans are for one person, and mixing them made the choice harder than it is — if you are picking a plan for yourself, start there.

How the seats work

You pay for editors. Viewers are free, and there is no cap on them. A lab of twenty where three people draw and seventeen read is three seats — not twenty, and not a negotiation.

There is no seat minimum either. One editor and a room full of viewers is a valid Grove, so a team can start on the plan rather than growing into it.

Changing someone's role takes effect immediately; the seat it frees stays paid to the end of the period you already bought, and the next promotion uses it before it bills you again.

Roles, not a free-for-all

Admin manages the organisation, billing and people. Editor draws, mounts data and changes the shared document. Viewer reads and follows. Guest gets one project and nothing else.

Permissions are set per project, so a partner organisation can be in one room without seeing the rest of the workspace.

One workspace

Projects, maps and the dataset library belong to the organisation rather than to whoever happened to open the room. People leave; the work stays, along with its history.

Ownership transfers without a support ticket.

One bill

Centralised billing for the whole organisation, with the seat count and what changed it visible to admins rather than buried in an invoice.

Annual saves two months against monthly, same as the other plans.

See the admin panel

The team panel is a working preview — add someone, change a role, watch the seat count and the bill follow. Nothing is saved and no account is needed.
