Viewers and guests are unlimited and never billed. Adding a seat is charged today and prorated; removing one frees the seat at the end of the period, so nobody loses access mid-month.

Your AI provider key is not here, on purpose
Bring-your-own-key AI stays in your browser and talks straight to your provider, exactly as the pricing page says. There is no field for it here because we do not want a copy. Tokens on this page are ones we issue, for the hosted API.
Every membership and billing change is recorded with who did it. An admin panel without an audit trail is a liability.
